ASN EMAIL AND ANTI-SPAMMING POLICY ASN has a Zero Tolerance spam policy. Spamming of any sort including the spamming of ASN members by ASN members, is grounds for IMMEDIATE TERMINATION and deletion of the offending member's website and the immediate loss of any and all potential monetary benefits.
Additionally, termination for such cause shall result in the loss of any existing downline and said entire downline shall be "rolled up" one level into that of the offending member's sponsor.
The ability to communicate amongst members is an important ingredient in the overall success of all. The availability of having access to member email addresses is solely for the purpose of training and communication amongst members, on ASN related issues. It is not to be used for inundating uplines and downlines with spam regarding issues other than ASN... Abuse of membership email shall be considered Spam.
This Rule Has Two Specific Policy Rationales Note: As of this date 1-08-09 no members have been terminated. But is imperative to understand that what is now a simple nuisance can become a problem of pandemic proportions if not quashed at the outset.
1. ASN is growing at astounding rate. And because membership is free and the building of down lines occurs so fast and so easily, some members are attempting to use it as a mode to essentially create personal "Safe Lists" for pyramid and gifting schemes. The result is that we are now getting MANY complaints from members regarding unsolicited emails from both their up line and downline. This barrage of spam can become a blight on the system and a huge inconvenience for the members. For the benefit of all, this is not be allowed.
2. Use of the ASN system to promote businesses, other than ASN, without prior approval, is prohibited. Doing so operates as a disservice to the entire ASN membership. Even a small proportion of members switching companies, dilutes and cancels out the already exerted efforts of upline and downline members, potentially reduces the size of those individual members’ active organizations, potentially, lessening the individual Group Bonuses and reducing the amount of business volume generated, thus diminishing Group Bonuses and the bonus pools of all members.
At ASN we have a dual responsibility. 1. To provide every possible tool to build an investment free business. 2. To install policies and procedures that insure that once you have developed a business, it is not threatened or diminished by the actions of other members. What is the Minimum Payout? And Are Non Payments Rolled Over to the Next Month?
The minimum payment that is made is $1.50. Unlike many companies that require that your check be, at least, $15 or more to get paid, and then on top of that, charge admin or processing fees, we do not. As long as your Group Bonus is $1.50 or more, your payment is sent to you.
Note: This issue NEVER arises with any of the Infinity Bonuses. Infinity Checks are absolutely never that small. If you follow the instructions in "claim your check", you get paid. Period. The only time the minimum payment issue ever arises is in connection with Group Bonuses; and even then it generally only occurs when you are brand new or your downline is still almost non existent. But remember, with our system, even if you have no downline at all, you still make money.
Are non distributed checks "rolled over" to my next month's Group Bonus? No. Any funds that are not distributed due to not meeting the minimum check requirements, go into the Infinity Bonus Pools thus increasing shares of Infinity Bonuses.

How Do You Know How Much a Purchase or Sale is Worth?
1. Corporate Affiliates.-- Above the banner or link to each affiliate partner you will see either a single number (ranging from 1 to 40), or a combination such as 2-25. In some cases you will see a combination of Both. Here's what these numbers mean.
a. If you see the solitary numeral such as 1, 5, 20, etc... this designates that if you Purchase this product or service, or even just sign up for a trial subscription, or FREE Quote (assuming that is what the link offers), you accumulate that number of points.
b. If you see a combination of digits such as 1-25, 1-8, 8-35, etc... This means that you accumulate that number of points per retail dollars spent i.e.
1-25 means that you earn 1pt for each increment of $25 retail spent. i.e. $25 to $49 retail= 1pt, but $50 retail = 2pts.
1-8 means that you earn 1pt for each increment of $8 retail spent. i.e. $5 = 0 pts, $8 to $15 retail= 1pt, but $16 retail = 2pts.
8-35 means that you earn 8pts for each increment of $35 retail spent. i.e. $25 = 0 pts. $35 = 8 points, $75= 16points.
c. If there is a single number AND a combination of 2 numbers i.e.
1 1-8 this means that if there's a free promotion, you earn 1pt for trying it, but if you make a purchase, you earn 1 point per $8 retail.
Note: Only Corporate Affiliate Activities accumulate points for free services such as Inquiries or Quotes. ASN specific products or services do not i.e. applications in which the service was not actually ordered-- home loans, credit repair, loan negotiation, bankruptcy, etc.... do not generate points for the application.

If you apply at the affiliate "lending tree", you accumulate points whether a loan ever closes or not but earn no commission upon closing of the loan. |

As discussed in the above links, the lack of seamless and automated communication between us and our hundreds of affiliates makes the automated posting of points for online member viewing an incredibly daunting task.
Having said that, we are currently putting substantial resources into a technology that will substantially overcome this problem. But realistically, it probably will not be available until about Sept of 09. Meanwhile, please please keep the following in mind.
If you are marketing ASN Products and Services (as opposed to Corporate Affiliate Purchases), you will be automatically notified of any sales made from your site. So, if your site sells an ASN product or service, you'll be notified- Keep track of it.

· As to knowing how many points you have at any time in the month, Keep track of all your personal site activities (Whether from Corporate Affiliates or ASN products and services). Remember, just do what you do anyway, but do it from your site, you’ll earn plenty of points and always know, that you have, at least, X number of points. |

· Just so you know, even we, do not do the totaling, calculating , sorting and allocation of points until the month is complete. |

· So, the best way to know where you are is by keeping track of ASN sales that your site has made plus, keep track of the corporate affiliates that you’ve used. |
2.) I read the FAQ's but still confused about points and how they add up especially in relation to "CBV." Do you have to have CBV of at least $20 each month or can you really earn money JUST by shopping with corporate affiliates like WalMart, etc.?

The answer to your question, is that for purposes of point accumulation, yes, you can earn money by just shopping at WalMart and other affiliates. But remember, different companies accumulate different numbers of points. i.e. WalMart, because the percentage they pay is small, generates only 1 point per $30 retail spent. Whereas, a free credit report pays 8 points, or egiftsolutions4u.com pays 8 per $25 retail spent, etc… |
3.) How do you know how many points you've earned (or others have earned for you) when you/they buy from an affiliate like Amazon.Com where the points value just says "1-35?"

(Next to or above each affiliate link or banner is a number i.e. 1-35, 8-25, or a single number such as 1 or 8) First, remember, if it says 1-35, it means that it pays 1point per $35 spent. When you forward the original order confirmation is to us,(bruce at allsolutionsnetwork.com), we confirm the purchase amount and then allot the points into our system. |

Second, When your downline makes a purchase, it accumulates points, thus CBV
for your group bonuses. But basically, your points (for
purposes of infinity pools), are determined by the productivity of
your personal site (your personal sales, purchases or activities). i.e. someone you sponsored generated 20
points. That generated 5 CBV for your downline ($1 CBV per 4 points), and
of course contributes money to the Infinity Pools, (which, also, increases
your share of each pool), but it does not actually generate points to you
personally. |
4.) So I DO generate CBV for corporate affiliate purchases NOT just for buying ASN products, right? Correct. So If I bought enough things from WalMart, let's say, to generate 4 points, (you would now have earned the Fast Start Bonus), I'd generate a $1.00 of CBV? Yes, but that CBV would be part of what your sponsor receives as an override on his downline. Members are paid overrides on the CBV from their downline. They do not receive an override on the CBV they personally generate. Instead, you earn personal commissions on those sales or purchases.
5) So, what good is CBV? It just goes into the Infinity Fund, right? No, CBV is all important. In the long run, it creates your largest checks. That’s what generates your residual income. i.e. you receive override commissions on your downline through 10 levels. Every time someone buys or sells something in your downline, it creates CBV, of which you get a percentage. That’s why building a downline is so important.
Site Maintenance Option
In the event that a member's site has not accumulated points sufficient for the Fast Start and Eagle Bonus, they may opt for the Site Maintenance Option. (This is often utilized by Non-US members). It accomplishes the following.

Earns 15 points so that you automatically qualify for Group Bonuses through all levels, so that you earn on every purchase, sale, or Site Maintenance fee in your organization through a full 10 levels, plus... |

via Paypal. Note: when sending verifications of purchases or accumulated affiliate points, please use the email address to which you want your Paypal payments sent.
Group Bonuses-- On or about the 5th of each month we pay Group Bonuses for Business Generated by your Down Line Group in the previous month. i.e. You are paid on the 5th of March for Purchases and Sales made in February.
Infinity Bonuses--On or about the 25th of each month, you are paid The Infinity Bonuses i.e. Fast Start, Eagle, Bronze, etc for the prior month's business activity i.e. You are paid on the 25th of November for Business Generated in the month of October.

NOTE:
With our system, it is impossible to calculate your income earned until the month has ended. This is due to the fact that the nature of the infinity funds, being shared funds, can vary greatly from day to day. One day, your share may be $500 from a particular fund/bonus. The next day it could be less.
Following is an example, wherein we use easily calculable figures for ease of explanation...
(The following figures are purely hypothetical and not meant to predict any particular income that you may earn)
Lets say that on the 15th of a particular month, the Eagle Bonus contained a total of $5,000 dollars for equal distribution to the qualifying members. Let us also assume that there were 10 people who qualified. That would mean that on that date your share was 1 tenth of $5,000 for a total of $500. If in the following 2 weeks the number of qualifying people increased to 25, but the fund amount had only increased to $7,500, that would mean that by the end of the month your share would have ended up being 1/25 of $7,500 for a total of $300.
Not only is constantly determining the amounts of these hugely fluctuating commissions extremely difficult but in many ways counter productive and even destructive. For example, lets say that according to the point submissions, the back office stated that on a particular date, a member is owed, $300. He goes out and writes a check... "knowing" that he has a substantial check coming soon. Then when all submissions are totaled and screened for duplicates and potentially fabricated entries, he receives a check for $50 and has 4 checks bounce in succession and accumulates $100 in Overdraft Fees.
Due to these and other possible scenarios, we have come to the conclusion that the posting of figures that are by their very nature effectively meaningless, unreliable and potentially deceptive will not be done due to the substantial possibility of counter productive results for all concerned.
We now have a system in place that when orders are made and registered from a member's site that they are notified by email, so all members have a general idea of what is happening with there site. But that email always contains the caveat that points are not totaled and analyzed for authenticity and accuracy until the end of the month.

As discussed in the above links, the lack of seamless and automated communication between us and our hundreds of affiliates makes the automated posting of points for online member viewing an incredibly daunting task. Having said that, we are currently putting substantial resources into a technology that will substantially overcome this problem. But realistically, it probably will not be available until about Sept of 09. Meanwhile, please please keep the following in mind.
If you are marketing ASN Products and Services (as opposed to Corporate Affiliate Purchases), you will be automatically notified of any sales made from your site. So, if your site sells an ASN product or service, you'll be notified- Keep track of it.

· As to knowing how many points you have at any time in the month, Keep track of all your personal site activities (Whether from Corporate Affiliates or ASN products and services). Remember, just do what you do anyway, but do it from your site, you’ll earn plenty of points and always know, that you have, at least, X number of points. |

2.) I read the FAQ's but still confused about points and how they add up especially in relation to "CBV." Do you have to have CBV of at least $20 each month or can you really earn money JUST by shopping with corporate affiliates like WalMart, etc.?

The answer to your question, is that for purposes of point accumulation, yes, you can earn money by just shopping at WalMart and other affiliates. But remember, different companies accumulate different numbers of points. i.e. WalMart, because the percentage they pay is small, generates only 1 point per $30 retail spent. Whereas, a free credit report pays 8 points, or egiftsolutions4u.com pays 8 per $25 retail spent, etc… |
3.) How do you know how many points you've earned (or others have earned for you) when you/they buy from an affiliate like Amazon.Com where the points value just says "1-35?"

Second, When your downline makes a purchase, it accumulates points, thus CBV
for your group bonuses. But basically, your points (for
purposes of infinity pools), are determined by the productivity of
your personal site (your personal sales, purchases or activities). i.e. someone you sponsored generated 20
points. That generated 5 CBV for your downline ($1 CBV per 4 points), and
of course contributes money to the Infinity Pools, (which, also, increases
your share of each pool), but it does not actually generate points to you

4.) So I DO generate CBV for corporate affiliate purchases NOT just for buying ASN products, right? Correct. So If I bought enough things from WalMart, let's say, to generate 4 points, (you would now have earned the Fast Start Bonus), I'd generate a $1.00 of CBV? Yes, but that CBV would be part of what your sponsor receives as an override on his downline. Members are paid overrides on the CBV from their downline. They do not receive an override on the CBV they personally generate. Instead, you earn personal commissions on those sales or purchases.
5) So, what good is CBV? It just goes into the Infinity Fund, right? No, CBV is all important. In the long run, it creates your largest checks. That’s what generates your residual income. i.e. you receive override commissions on your downline through 10 levels. Every time someone buys or sells something in your downline, it creates CBV, of which you get a percentage. That’s why building a downline is so important.

There is a difference between putting a url into an address bar- like in windows and putting it into a search bar.
In the address bar, it simply takes you directly to the URL—click the link below and it should take you there.
Perfect example is the fact that this precise question came from a member who couldn't get to his site. When I put his URL into the Yahoo Search Bar, it was no where to be found. When I placed into the ADDRESS Bar, it popped right up!
In a “search” bar, the engine, yahoo, Google, msn, looks only through their indexes if sites that have already been indexed by them. If it has not been indexed yet, it will show no results. It can take from a few days, to a few months for a site to get indexed.

Actually, you are paid once per month for your Group Bonuses. And then again for each of the Infinity Bonus Levels for which you qualify. Payments go out once per month, based on your Group Business volume and purchases that were made beginning- 12:00 am on the first of each month pacific standard time through Midnight of the last day of the month.
Note: Payments are made on the month after which the purchase activity was made. i.e. you are paid on or around Feb 5 and Feb 22 for Group Activity made in the month of January.

Group Bonuses-- Approximately the 5th of the month you will get an email associated with PayPal. Follow the instructions and your Group Bonus payment will be transferred directly to the bank account of your choice, minus PayPal processing fees, (about 3%). So if you payment is $200, you receive about $194.
Infinity Bonus Payments will be sent on approximately the 25th of each month; immediately after we have received them from our corporate affiliates. These again, will be made via PayPal.
The Infinity bonus takes longer to go out, because the various corporate affiliates do their calculations and do not transfer funds into our accounts until around the 20th of each month.
Commissions on Purchases and Sales-- As you know, you receive commissions on all purchases and sales of ASN products and services made from your web site, 20% on orders of $35 or more from www.egiftsolutions.com, $30 on Credit Repair Services, $300 to $1,500 (average for loans), etc... Commissions (not Infinity and Group Bonuses), usually are paid on about the Wed following the calendar week in which the purchase or sale was made. i.e. purchase made Monday, you are paid Wednesday after next. Purchase is made Sunday you are paid the following Wednesday.

NOTE REGARDING THE DOWN LINE VIEWER:
The viewer is accurate, but when looking at realize that you will find that some of your signups are duplicates and even signups generated by computer form completers. We are working on the system to eliminate duplicate and spam signups. But for the time being, just be aware of the issues.

First you follow the fast start guide and market your site. (the marketing methods suggested are free), business will be generated and the commissions will obviously come. But even more than that, remember that we are also a point based system.
If you simply shop from your site, do your Wal-Mart or Target shopping from your own site or even just take advantage of any of the many free services and trials, YOU WILL ACCUMULATE POINTS AND YOU WILL EARN MONEY.
Note: The following 2 rules are incredibly important, and as you'll see below, incredibly valuable... to you.
The First 2 Infinity Bonus Pools are only reached through, personal use, or sales and purchases generated from a member's personal site.
To Earn Group Bonuses-- A member must be a "qualified active member" (QAM).
(Qualifying Active Member)- any member who in the respective calendar month, accumulates, at least, 12 points through a combination of purchases,, sales, or personal use of Affiliate and/or ASN products or services from his/her personal website, or resource center.
Example: if a member builds an organization in which their down line generates 12 points (Downline Group Volume accumulates points at the rate of 1pt per $100 CBV), but if that member has done nothing to generate ANY points from marketing services, generating sales from his/personal site or through personal use of free or purchased affiliate products or services...
NO Group Bonuses or Infinity Bonuses are earned.
HOW DOES THIS RULE APPLY AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Participation in the many income streams available through ASN, requires that a member participate in, at least, minimal personal use or promotion of the products and services of their respective site. But remember, the system is so simple, that ANY member can earn all Infinity Bonuses AND all Group Bonuses, Right now-- without spending a dime. See Claim Your Check
Remember, when a member's downline generates CBV, it does a couple of things:

It earns that member income in the form of commission overrides on each of 10 levels of his down line. |

It accumulates points for that member at the rate of 1 point per $100 CBV. These points will add to the member's personal point values to elevate a member from, let's say, Eagle to Bronze Bonus, or Bronze to Silver Bonus, etc... However, these downline generated points are not sufficient, in and of themselves to place a member into either of the First 2 Infinity Bonus Pools i.e. Fast Start Bonus or Eagle Bonus.
Earning the First 2 of the 6 ASN Infinity Bonus Pools, is only accomplished by the accumulation of points via personal use and/or purchases or sales from the member's personal site.

Example A:
Member A, creates a downline that generates $1,200 CBV for 12 points. (1 point per $100 CBV), but no points from his personal use or marketing of services.
Member A has not earned Group Bonuses or Infinity Bonuses, because none of the points accumulated, were from personal use or marketing of products or services.
Example B:
Member B, gets an insurance quote for 4 points, thus earned the Fast Start Bonus. Additionally, the downline of this member had $800 for an additional 8 points.
This member, has earned only the Fast Start Bonus (no Group Bonuses), because he was not a "Qualified Active Member". i.e. only 4 of the 12 points were accumulated due to his personal website sales, purchases or personal use.
Example C:
Member C gets an insurance quote and a free credit report, so earns 12 points. She is now a Qualified Active Member (QAM) and will earn the Fast Start Bonus, Eagle Bonus, and Group Bonus for an override on all purchases and sales from her downline through 10 levels.
Additionally, this member's downline had a total CBV of $1,500. Consequently, Member C earned an additional 15 points (1 point per $100 CBV).
Since, this member is a QAM, the points earned from her downline will now be added to her personally earned 12 points, for a total of 25 points.
As a QAM, the points accumulated from the downline are used to elevate and earn an additional Infinity Bonus... that of the Bronze Bonus.
If you found this confusing. Don't feel alone, the Infinity Bonus system is a unique system, almost a world of it's own. It still confuses many that are earning from it! What's important, is not that you understand perfectly every aspect of the system. What's important is the system is followed. Because it works!
Why Have Something as Complicated as the "Qualifying Active Member" Rule?...
ANSWER:
To GUARANTEE that YOU make money!
This rule creates a STRONG incentive for all members to utilize their own site. Realize, you and each member can accumulate points and earn money without spending even ONE RED CENT! Creating the strong incentive to consistently do so, is a major key in guaranteeing the success of any member that wants to actually work the system.
The success of each active member, is assured by creating an organization wide habit and incentive for taking advantage of the ASN and Corporate Affiliate products and services. EVEN IF ONLY THE FREE ONES.
This rule assures that members will not simply build down lines and then wait and hope that someone else will do the work of creating business volume.
Realize, an organization of 500 members earns absolutely nothing, if all the members are waiting for someone else to produce actual business volume. This rule insures that this will not happen. This rule is your assurance that when you build an organization, you will actually profit by doing so.
The combination of Infinity Fund Bonus pools and Group Bonus Override system makes it not only, incredibly easy to earn a check, but... But this combination of systems creates a network wide incentive to do at least the bare minimum needed to earn the Fast Start and Eagle Bonus. And because of this synergy, everyone doing the bare minimum to earn just these checks, necessarily and automatically creates larger business volume, larger infinity fund checks AND larger Group Bonus Checks.

What are the hidden costs, dues, annual fees, hosting fees, etc.
There are none. The only requirement is your website must have some occasional CBV (Commissionable Business Volume), activity in order to remain in an active status. Since this business system and all websites are free, you can imagine how fast the servers can get bogged down with inactive websites.

Not necessarily. It would depend on how many points the purchase generated. With some companies, a $100 purchase would not only make you "qualified", so that you earned the Quick Start, Eagle and all Group Bonuses, but also earn you the Bronze Bonus. With others, it might only earn you the Fast Start Bonus.
Purchases made by members and non-members from our corporate affiliates, increase your share of the Infinity Fund by increasing the amount paid to our distributors through the Infinity Fund and it accumulates points towards the Infinity Bonuses-- And affiliate activities accumulate CBV at the rate of 25% of the point value. i.e. 4 points equals $1 CBV.
How Much Business Volume, CBV is Generated by purchases and sale from Corporate Affiliates?
As you know, Affiliate Purchases and sales are converted into points for the purpose of Infinity Fund payments. We now extrapolate the infinity fund points into a dollar figure for purposes of downline CBV. For every 4pts, generated by purchases and sales from any website in your downline, $1.00 is generated as CBV. This, of course, is over and above the CBV and commissions that are earned from the many ASN Specific products and services.
Remember, each member has a huge incentive to generate, at least, 12 points to earn Quick Start, Eagle and All Group Bonuses.
So, you can be certain that your downline will be working to create income for themselves but while doing it, building and growing your income.
How do we know how much the Infinity Fund shares are worth at any given time?
Due the fact that the value of shares can vary depending on how many have qualified for each fund, i.e. If one person qualifies for the Bronze level, it's all theirs. If by the end of the month, someone else also qualifies for it, it is split between the two. Until the end of the month it is impossible to know with certainty what the values per each share will be.
There are none, but only active members (at least 3 points accumulated from their own site), receive a share of infinity bonuses, and only Qualified Active Members receive Infinity Bonuses AND Group Volume Bonuses.
What is an Active Member (Qualifying Member).
A QUALIFYING MEMBER
is a member whose store has generated, at least, 12, points. from a combination of Corporate Affiliates or All Solutions Network Products and Services (personal purchases and Maintenance fees (see orders), also count towards qualification).
What’s the Best Way to make sure of always being an Active Member?
JUST DO WHAT YOU NORMALLY DO... Make the same purchases that you always make. Need a gift? Buy it from Yourself! Need Vitamins? Buy them from your website. By simply making normal purchases from your own website, you will always be an active member, So, you'll usually pay less and you'll always get paid for for your shopping!
